We’d like to share a little piece of advice, based on feedback from some of our customers regarding postcard shipping.

It often happens that, during a visit to the Cinque Terre, people buy both postcards and stamps locally. However, it’s important to know that these stamps, in addition to costing more (€1.30 instead of €0.95 for Italy and €1.00 for abroad), can only be used if the postcard is mailed from the Cinque Terre.

To avoid delivery problems or possible penalties, we recommend purchasing the stamps and sending your postcards directly from Sestri Levante, regardless of where you bought them.
